ZP35D  rotary tablet  press  is double-press  type, continuous  automatic tablet  press for pressing granular raw  materials  ino tablets. It  is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

All kinds of round tablets and irregular tablets can be produced.

Transparent glass doors and windows ae installed for clear observation of compression. The side panels can be opened entirely for easy  internal cleaning and maintenance. The external casing is in stainless steel and totally enclosed. Stainless steel internal table is installed to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination as per GMP requirements.

The lay-out of all the controllers and operate parts are reasonable.

Electric VVVF speed control device is installed for easy and smooth operation as well as safety and accuracy consideration.

An overload  protection  unit  is  included  in  the system to avoid the damage of the  punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.

It  is  mechanical  and  electrical  integration.

The drive system  is tightly  sealed  in  a  square oil tank  under the  bottom  of the  machine. It  is  an  entirely  isolated  unit  to  avoid  oil contamination. Meanwhile, the driving parts are submerged into oil for easy cooling and anti-wear resistance.

Dust  collector  is  installed  to  remove  dust  automatically.

Wearable parts such as top rail. feeder, hopper and worm has interchangeable structure wich the old ZP33 model for standardization, universalization and serialization consideraion. Punch dies are interchangeable wich ZP19, ZP33, ZP33B, ZP35, ZP37 tablet press.
