Performance characteristics
This machine consists of a hopper , oscillation chamber, coupling, and motor. The oscillation chamber houses an eccentric wheel, rubber inserts, a main shaft, and bearings. The motor drives an adjustable eccentric weight to the centerline of the main shaft. This unbalanced force generates centrifugal force, forcing the material to shift within the screen, forming an orbital vortex. The weight's amplitude can be adjusted to suit the material and screen.
